Yoga is meditation and the quiet stretch of mind that I long for every morning. To help me on this journey is Boho Beautiful. Juliana and Mark travel the world and produce stunning, inspirational videos to keep you motivated and in shape. This couple's home is Canada, are currently road-tripping across the U.S.

Juliana's story is particularly inspiring, a former gymnast from the Ukraine, she has used yoga and pilates, not to mention traveling, as her cure for a back injury. When I think of bohemian, I picture this woman.
